Bloodletter allows for quick Scourge stacks, as you can now get cancel your Revved attacks for a free Scourge stack. Revved light attacks still cleave through hordes to apply bleed, only stopping on Elites, Specials, and Monstrosities. This allows for constant Criticals for damage, toughness damage reduction, and ability cooldown. The high mobility and wide swings should make it easy to occasionally dodge-weave through enemies to backstab for even quicker ability cooldown.
Shredder Autopistol w/Cavalcade and Inspiring Barrage is for saving yourself if caught in a bad spot without Chorus. For better Special/Elite killing power, especially in mid-long range, Revolver would be a better alternative.
