25-40% Cleave on Hit. Stacks 5 times.
Hitting at least 3 enemies with an attack, increases your damage by 24-36% for 3 seconds.
30-60% Rending on Critical Hit.
10% Critical Chance for every 0.3-0.45 second while aiming. Stacks 10 times. Discharges all stacks upon firing.

This build is something i just created in my backyard with nothing but a sheet of scrap metal, a welding torch and an 80 gallon drum of lube, its something that can reliably deal with just about any threat including those pesky snipers and bombers as well as being fairly effective against carapace armor thanks to the Handcannon perk on the revolver, if you're not a fan of the revolver you can also substitute it for the Vraks Mk 7 or even the higher damage variant of the revolver.
This build is no slouch in melee either thanks to the swords move-set and the Wrath Blessing as you'll be mowing down enemies without breaking a sweat.
Just be sure to keep in mind to not ignore your career ability and your keystone ability as that can turn the tide of a losing battle quite effectively, plus you get grenades every minute so...y'know...don't be stingy with your explosives.
While this build is effective it does require some awareness and target priority (as the name of the build suggests you need to be watching everything like a paranoid coked out monkey) thus making it a bit tricky for newer players to use but once you get the hang of it you'll become a force to be reckoned with.
A small edit: If you wanted to, you could substitute the Covering Fire passive and the Health Boost modifier for the two keystone modifiers all up to you
