Description
With an Elite Kill, gain 15% Rending for 10 seconds. This combines well with Point-Blank Barrage, granting 45% Rending total. Use Point-Blank Barrage when Crushers appear or when you need toughness. Criticals should provide you with good damage and enough ammo for intense, drawn out engagements with no time to reload.
