Description
Nerfed Surge?
Simple, Empowered Psionics + Kinetic Resonance blitz combo melts Bosses and priority Elites all the while picking out Gunners over 30 meters made easier. I find this to be much more effective than Warp Charges as you sacrifice versatility and nukes without Brain Burst.
