This zealot build is for new players who struggle to get the basics of zealot down. it's not the most powerful but will let you survive most mistakes you make. I used to have it when moving from Heresy to damnation and it kept me alive.

This build rewards you for practicing good habits:

Successful dodges give you Toughness back.

Successful melee weakspot hits can stagger maniacs running your way. (use special attacks if they're attacking)

Successfully using a combination of heavy melee hits and light attacks allow you to gain toughness back at a rate of about 11%-15% toughness per kill.

Successfully choosing when to engage a group of enemies is rewarded simply because you can't rely on FoF as a panic button without early replenishment

Toughness regeneration rewards you for staying close enough or going back to your team instead of continuing forward. (can be changed into something else)

This builds saves you from fuckups with:

Swift certainty +movement speed passives allow you to more easily engage groups of ranged enemies. (fast as fuck boieeee) (change block to sprint efficiency on your curious for truly zoomy results)

FoF allows you to close the gap when enemies are too far or replenish thoughness when you make mistakes. (outside the scope of it's normal combat uses).

Until Death+Holy revenant allows you to live longer and tank hits that would one shot you when you fuck up.

(Pro Tip: Even if this can become a crutch I still use it simply because fuckups happen and I can let other teammates get medicae when theres only one)

Sunstorm grenades are great to use in preventing emergency's from happening: use them to pick up downed teammates or when too many dangerous enemies are in your screen (maniacs, crushers etc)... or when you need it. (People don't use nades until the sky is falling on their heads anyway and that creates the emergencies)

Curios: They're compatible with other builds

Thoughness regeneration because it's great for builds that use loner and it's still good when in coherency.

Stamina regeneration because I run/block and revive a lot with zealot.

Block for the revive and the ability to stay in combat longer.

Toughness Regen and Block Efficiency can be swapped out to Sprint Efficiency and Ability cooldown or any mix of these 4 Stats for a truly tireless Zealot. Other things like toughness or gunner resistance can be used too but I don't find them as fun to run with.

I haven't rolled a good stamina curio yet :'c. No opinions on that.

Weapons:

Crusher actually deals good damage with those blessings. stuns everything.

The vraks III can be used as an automatic if you pull the trigger right. Good for horde and for specials. The blessings give a bit more damage and stagger.

The perks are just what I rolled you can use what you want really. I like crits for when I use crit builds. stamina because it's fun, reload speed because it's fun and weakspot damage because I can't change it.
