Disclaimer: While I do run this build on Damnation, this is just my current build and I know there's better perk combos that can be made. I'm open to any suggestions for improvements.

 

My reasoning for this build.

 

The sword is already a beast with mobs and doesn't need much buffs. Using special erases elites, specialists, and maniacs. You can charge right into the fray and keep using ability to regenerate toughness. A lot of passives selected to increase melee damage and reduce incoming damage. Extra stamina helps with blocking and dodging. Can even use special to run away if necessary while invuln is active or chase down fleeing trappers. 

 

The ranged weapon is good for snipers and to take down maniacs from a distance.
