Description
I wanted to clear a horde with the shout's dmg modifier, but the health pools are too high... And so this was born!
From 200dmg to ~450dmg (in near perfect conditions), this shout will clear any horde of poxwalkers, groaners, and scab plebs while leaving nearly all dregs at 1/3 health for smite to finish off spick and span.
