 Veteran Build - Warhammer 40k: Darktide 

You get close and you kill.

Your rifle handles almost everything, your regenerating krak nades take out the heavy armour, and your knife destroys the trash very quickly as long as you go for their heads. You are encouraged to switch from melee to ranged frequently to really get the feel of this build and work that capstone.

Whilst you can hang with the pack and just help to front line everything, your superior movement with the knife will let you get into flanks or quickly hit objectives/rescue lesser skilled team mates (those without a Columnus mkV xD).

In terms of utility you have suppression immunity, buffed suppression, extra ammo for your skillgun, a big juicy aura, rending attacks, a constant source of bleed and of course...a spammable quickly replenishing Voice of Command which does everything from buff your toughness, stun mobs, release team mates from the grips of nasty buggers and generally sounds cool when used.

Is it the best build of all time, no of course not, but it'll work very well in every single team lineup at Damnation difficulty. The only place I've not really tested this is Auric Maelstrom, so no promises there...but go ahead give it a try and release your inner Rambo.

OPTIONS

An optional route for this build is to swap Serrated Blade for Agile Engagement, if you do that then make sure to drop the Mercy Killer knife blessing and take Executor instead. You lose bleeds but you'll get more out of the weapon swapping playstyle that this build is trying to promote.
