12.5-20% Critical Chance for 6s on successful Dodge.
45-60% Finesse Damage for 2s on successful Dodge.
Up to 7.5-20% Strength scaling with Heat Level.
Critical hit chance scales by your current heat level up to 27.5-50%. Also increases critical ranged attacks damage by 4-10%.
How to Use:
Melee a few enemies to proc range specialist, swap to plasma gun, headshot some specials/elites, swap back to melee specialist, rinse and repeat. Plasma normally suffers in the reload department so Always Prepared will can keep it topped off and One Motion's +25% swap speed will keep you always at the ready. Try to keep plasma heat around 30-50% at all times to scale the rising heat and gets hot. Plasma gun used primarily with M1 light attacks, I only use charge up if I want to show off and one shot a crusher or sneak a headshot on a stunned boss. Also fun with combat knife and devils claw on anything but High Havoc. This is my exact build if I think I'm going to have to carry the team or play high Havoc.

One Motion for Field Improve
Demo Team for Shock Trooper and then swap Plasma gun for High ROF Recon Lasgun (Mobility Dump Stat, Headhunter + DumDum, 5% Crit Chance and Maniac Damage) I sometimes swap Infernus for Dumdum because I enjoy burning down hoards.
