Description
The overall idea of this build is to enable veteran to instantly kill all specialists (except mutant) and remote enemies at any combat distance. The key talent point in this build is agile engagement, with a +25% ranged/melee damage bonus that allows you to perfectly adapt to any combat distance, just like the title "Steel and Fire".
