Description
High DPS Scriers build focusing on horde clear with Assail. Keep Scriers active with the Recon Lasgun quelling on critical, quelling with Melee, and mixing in normal quells in between action. Cleave at higher peril allows for Recon Lasgun and illisi to deal with hordes.
