Gameplay: 

Spam cast Electrokinetic Force (Surge) Staff secondary attack for medium density encounters. Telekine Shield often. Brain Rupture occasionally for snipers on edge of range. Switch to Blaze Force (Deimos) Sword for hordes, and try to stay in your shield bubble. Quell before you pop. Dodge those muties. Block generously when things get hairy.
