「High damage reduction build」

Melee weapon:

  • Tactical Axe - MK VII, DMG vs Flak & Crit Chance, Headtaker & Shred.
  • Heavy Eviscerator - Any MK, DMG vs Flak & Maniac, Opportunist & Rampage. (Weapon special carapace  for stagger rending)
  • Assault Chainaxe - MK XII, DMG vs Flak & Maniac, Opportunist & Headtaker. (Weapon special carapace for stagger rending)
  • Assault Chainsword - Any MK, DMG vs Flak & Maniac, Bloodletter & Rampage. (Weapon special large targets for bleed stacking)
  • Devils Claw Sword - MK IV, DMG vs Flak & Maniac, Shred & Rampage. (You can weapon special parry roughly 3x Ragers)
  • Combat Axe - MK III, DMG vs Flak & Infested, Brutal Momentum & Headtaker. (Heavy attack only for Carapace)
  • Crusher - MK IVe, DMG vs Flak & Maniac, Slaughterer & Thunderous. (Weapon special spam if surrounded)

Most weapons will work in this build but i would reccomend sticking to something focused on Horde Clear for the most part.

Ranged weapon:

  • Double-Barrelled Shotgun - MK XI, DMG vs Flak & Reload Speed, Both Barrels & Run 'n' Gun. (Primary fire for long range ADS for close)

Curios:

  • [Main Stat] Wound(s) - Running Martydom so this is required.
  • [Sub Stat] Toughness - If using +5% on all Curios its almost the same as having a 4th Curio for Toughness.
  • [Sub Stat] Damage Resistance (Gunners) - Wouldnt reccomend swapping as damage from gunners is going to happen no matter what.
  • [Sub Stat] Toughness Regeneration Speed - While in Coherency your Toughness will regen very quickly.

Other notable options if desperate are Damage Resistance (Snipers) so they dont chunk your health if they hit you, Damage Resistance (Bombers) to allow you to pass through gas clouds with less corruption & Revive Speed (Ally) to speed up saving your team.

Talents:

Blades of Faith are for if you need a quick long range Special kill.
