7.5-15% Weak Spot Damage. Weakspot Kills also ignore Enemy Hit Mass.
3.5-5% Strength for 3.5s on Hit. Stacks 5 times.
3-6 Bleed Stacks on Critical Hit.
Increased Cleave on Critical Hit and gain 10-25% Ranged Attack Stagger.
Playstyle: Build is a close combat frontliner. You need to be in the thick of things, but ideally still in coherency with your squad. Shoot your shotgun, swap, hack things apart with your axe. When you have at least 3 stacks of weapon mastery, swap and shoot your shotgun. It will be reloaded and ready for you thanks to Always Prepared, and it is guaranteed to crit while Ranged Specialist is active. Repeat until everything on the screen is dead. You'll lean on your Krak Grenade for crusher packs and bosses. Voice of Command pulls triple duty, buffing you and your team, topping up your toughness, and suppressing enemies. Use it on cooldown whenever there's enemies around. It comes back fast.
Strengths: Absolutely deletes mixed hordes. Your axe is basically a heretic lawnmower with Melee Specialist active, and your shotgun is capable of killing entire packs of ragers and maulers in one shot with Ranged Specialist active. Respectable to excellent boss damage, enhanced Krak's pack a punch - and nailing a monstrosity in the weak spot with either of your weapons does good damage. You are also quite durable between Confirmed Kill, Iron Will, and Voice of Command spam.
Weaknesses: Snipers and distant gunners pose a threat you can't easily deal with. This is problematic because this is normally the Veteran's job.
Alternatives worth noting: Voice of Command/Fire Team are basically interchangeable with Close and Kill/Infiltrate. Any combination of them works well from what I've played of it, so like anything else it's down to your preference. Infiltrate in particular is a good choice because it helps you safely close the gap on groups of snipers or gunners. It's also just plain useful for all kinds of things from objectives to revives to bailing yourself out of bad situations. I take Overwatch with it.
However, I like Voice of Command/Fire Team because they are more broadly useful for supporting your team.
