Description
Ethereal Shards + Empowered Psionics + Warp Splitting at > 75% peril = 10 targets per Assail shard.
Kill a bunch of stuff with melee or ranged while in Scriers then when reach 100% peril toss out all Assails for massive damage and cleave (10 targets per shard first 3 shards then 5 targets rest of shards).
