7.5-15% Weak Spot Damage. Weakspot Kills also ignore Enemy Hit Mass.
3.5-5% Strength for 3.5s on Hit. Stacks 5 times.
Target receives up to 2-8 Stacks of 2.5% Brittleness, scaling with charge time of Secondary Attack. Debuff lasts for 5 seconds and can have a maximum of 16 stacks.
Enemy gains 1-4 Stacks of Soulblaze on Critical Hit.
The main focus of this build is building up True Aim stacks and using them to get guaranteed crits on our explosion staff, burning and disrupting hoards. We achieve this by switching between carefully throwing assail shards when we have low stacks of True Aim (To prevent us from accidentally using it on a single assail projectile) and wildly swinging our axe at heads (I find that the [heavy -> light] combo of the Atrox Mk II Tactical Axe is very fast at building stacks in hoards, but any fast head hitting weapon will do). This loop is both essential to maximizing the amount of fiery explosions we create as well as quelling our peril, since By Crack of Bone cools us off between explosions. You'll know you're doing it right when every explosion you make adds blue to your screen.
*Do note that now you can only get one stack of True Aim per swing with most weapons, so broad sweeping weapons like the illisi that used to get full stacks in a swing can no longer do so. The only exception that I can think of is any weapon with Brutal Momentum like the axes. On unarmored enemies, a brutal axe CAN get multiple stacks in a single swing, due to some shenanigans with how the blessing affects cleaving through hoards.Probably the tankiest build I've made, having gone all in on toughness and toughness regeneration. At full you have 225 toughness, combined with some of the toughness damage reduction nodes it is very difficult to break your toughness. Mind you, your health pool is tiny so be careful not to let your guard down! With all of this toughness in mind, I decided to also go all in on making this a toughness generating support build. Telekine Dome is the epitome of supportive talents in the tree so that was added but I also added and Bio-Lodestone and Psykic Leeching to our keystone Empowered Psionics. While shield is still on cool down, you can keep everyone in coherency relatively safe by turning hoards into toughness generation by doing your best to assail, cleave, and fry them ASAP.The biggest weakness of this build is mobility. The tactical axe has only two stamina nodes and to get the most toughness we can't add anymore through curios. This weakness it mitigated by the Voidblast staff's ability to juggle enemies up to crusher packs to keep them away from us, but we are still heavily reliant on our team help us deal with threats as they come. I also really wanted to take the SoulDrinker node, due to the constant fire AOEs we'll be dishing out, but we'd have to compromise some of our toughness tankiness to get it.
