This build is only useful on Pox Gas or something similar with corruption modifier. You can use a knife with Crit Chance + Unyielding, Flesh Tearer + Uncanny Strike.
Flamer you can change Penetrating Flame to Everlasting Flame or Overpressure. You need at least 76% burn. There is no difference between 76% and 80% burn, like Psyker's Inferno Staff.
2 floating points Thy Wrath be Swift for Purge the Unclean or Sustained Assault. Enemies can't interrupt stupid mini games decode / hab dreyko tree / train if you use Thy Wrath be Swift.
