A build crafted with the idea that 'you never take every single toughness pip on Psyker...what would a build look like if you did?'. Turns out...weird af XD but honestly? it's ok! Not the greatest thing in the world, you're basically a 'veteran with extra steps', running around with 250 toughness but none of the DR to make it matter. But, you can still make it work. I paired it with what I did weapon wise to make the fact I could take basically none of the initial talents not feel so bad. No warp kills to worry about losing out on, no heavy amounts of crits to take advantage of. Just some raw damage, a bubble, and a 'empowered tazer' in the way of your M1 smite. Main point of the build is to spam smite to keep your peril up, not really worrying about whether or not it's empowered, but getting bumps of toughness when it is. Otherwise, just spamming shields down, bonking things with the chain axe, and effectively being a 'melee Psyker' using blocks to fund more peril and reloads of your gun to do the same. It's a bit disjointed, but it works well enough, and it's funny seeing that much toughness on such a spindly nerd. A novelty, but an amusing one.
