This build entirely focuses on the electric staff primary attack & Surge blessing. Shoot the bolts into heads. Never stop firing.

Disrupt destiny was chosen due it pairing better with headshots & crits and it allows us to take True Aim, further boosting crits. Also your damage output doesn't drop when you throw down a shield as you have no warp charges to lose.

 

This build is weak to Crusher spam, but you have smite to stunlock while your team cleans them up. Other than bosses/crushers you can just M1 forever.
