Shotgun is a stun tool, reaper shoots you or someone else, shoot him immediately, also great to get more value out of stealth, with a single stealth use you can kill 3-4 elites if you can line up a shot (not that hard with stealth). Throwing knifes inherit any blessing equiped weapon has, so with 5 stacks of Scattershot and an active Blazing Piety you can turn them into rapid shooting railgun since Scattershot stacks will not be consumed by throwing knife, even better, right now you can throw knifes without leaving stealth, abusing Manstopper you can pretty much delete any number of enemies smaller than mauler, but it's probably a bug, so don't get used to it.
