Description

this is a build for hyper aggressive players
you get a lot of crit
a lot of movemend speed
and everything is burning

just keep in mind that your team mates are not as quick as you
my friend thought i was trying to speedrun (i wasn't)

also i never use brain rupture on this build i just let it happen as passive when i hit an elite
and i use the staff for brittleness and to stagger enemys a bit
