The powersword/bolt pistol combination is your semi-lore accurate Custodian Guard's guardian spear. We'll go from Benidiction, because Custodes should stay together and be tough together, into Shroudfield, believe it or not, because they simply move that fast and are that powerful. So it's sort of a gimmick where you disrupt the enemy at the frontlines with its activation and just bank on its effects afterward. Then Blazing Piety because you're killing hordes and need to stack crits.
