Empowered Psionics buffs Kinetic Flayer and you won't lose a charge. Kinetic Flayer basically has a 100% chance to activate every 15 seconds since you'll have so many DoTs even on a single target. This means you'll never blow up a Poxburster on yourself or teammates but just look at your buff bar to make sure.Empyric Shock is my opener on elites as it buffs Kinetic Flayer and all your other damage while having strong stagger giving you time to charge your attack. At 15 (16 with critical hit) stacks of soulblaze Creeping Flames can overcap soulblaze by 6 stacks when at 84% peril but if you are under 15 stacks every missing stack will reduce the overcap amount. Perilous Combustion can overcap to 31 stacks and during large elite hordes ensure to stack Empyric Shock because you'll easily hit max stacks as your kills will always activate Perilous Combustion. I manually use Brain Rupture on carapace or bulwark enemies to quickly kill them as they are pretty resilient to even 31 stacks of soulblaze.
For monstrosity damage spamming Brain Rupture after overcapping soulblaze with Creeping Flames when you have 5 Empyric Shock stacks and 5 Perfect Timing stacks will delete it fairly quickly. With Warp Rider & Warp Nexus you will deal even more damage, while +5% ranged damage allows your Empowered Psionics Kinetic Flayer and Brain Rupture to one shot many elites while also just increasing all of your damage.
Soulstealer , Mettle ,One with the Warp, Kinetic Deflection , Deimos Mk IV Blaze Force Sword and Empathic Evasion are your defensive tools.
Kinetic Deflection is extremely powerful and should be used often and works while reviving or rescuing a teammate.
The Deimos Mk IV Blaze Force Sword 2nd heavy attack has HEAVY stagger on weakspot hits. You get FIVE excellent dodges so you can exit dangerous situations and to move a large distance quickly and easily. It has Deflector so we can block most projectiles from the front. It also has a 360 degree push radius. If empowered it gives you all 5 stacks of Uncanny Strike on a weakspot hit increasing your warp damage vs armor but costs time and peril while only being ideal for carapace damage.
