Builds fairly simple- when it glows purple send the dog at it or shoot it with your shotgun.

I went for a all around decent build that stomps almost everything I've thrown it against, the shotgun sweeps any hallway you aim it down and after the first shot everything should fall over. melee is super solid given the special move of the shield for insta suppression for bonus dmg in the tree.

you could use also use the bolter or other shotguns and most likely do well, but new guns are shiny lul
