Description
Off with their heads!
Allround Powerhouse - NOT TESTED on higher Havoc.
I just wanted to make use of my beloved Axe somehow, and combine it with the new Exterminator Shotgun....
I ended up with a build, that seems to shred everything in it's Path.
The Loadout
First we need the "Antax Combat Axe" for it's high damage and cleave potential.
Combine it with "Brutal Momentum" and "Decimator" to slice throu hordes and make it rain heads (btw. aim headlevel with your X-shaped light Attacks).
Something Armored in Close Combat? No Problem: Heavy overhead swings dont care about armor and will usually hit their head.
On bigger Targets (Ogryns) you can even spam these heavy overhead swings.
Ranged weapon of choice: "Exaction Exterminator Shotgun"
Use it in "aimed" mode for anything Special/Elite wich is out of your melee range.
Horde on a chokepoint? Hipfire into it, but take care for your ammo.
Curios:
I'd recommend one Stamina Curio and two with max. Thoughness.
Perks should fokus on Combat ability recharge speed, Thoughness and Toughness reg..
In their last slot I'd recommend at least one Damage reduction against Gunners - everything else is up to you.
Gameplay:
General Gameplay
Focus on enemies highlighted by Execution order.
This'll provide some serious buffs you will need ("Efficient Killer", "Malocator", "Keeping Protocol").
Go close with hordes and make them smell the blade of your axe by whiping it in ther faces.
Always aim for the heads/weakspots ("Concussive", "Supression Force", "Breaking Dissent", "Soulguilt Scan", "Brutal Momentum" Blessing )!
Spare your ammo for Specials/Elites and bosses.
Spicy situations? Locked in a Horde of Bulwarks?
Then throw your Arbites Grenate right at your feet.
It will kill everything around you, and push bigger enemies to the ground.
Otherwise: Castigator Stance - 80% dmg reduction.
Hordes of Elites/Special
Go in Castigators Stance, aim patiently, dont spam.
"Blessed Armament" will then reload your Shotgun, while each kill will make you more lethal, thanks to "Writ of Execution"
Boss Encounter?
Pop your Castigator Stance and make it eat lead.
Unload your whole mag (wich should be 5 shots due to "Priority Endowment") into the boss, reload until it's full and unload a second mag.
Castigator still on CD?
Well, you should have enough regenerating Grenates ("Lone Wolf") to deal a ton of damage, interrupt and toss enemies around long enough to
wait until your Castigator Stance is ready... or until your Team killed everything.
Crusher/Mauler - Just aim for the Head with heavy swings while dodge-dancing around them.
Rager - take them out with your range weapon before they reach you or use castigator stance for melee.
Mutis - Dump 1-2 shots in their center with your shotgun, before dodging to take them out with your axe.
Snipers -Gone, deleted, uninstalled.
Shotgunners - Your gun is bigger.
Gunners - No Problem (at least with Castigator Stance)
Reapers - Aim for their small head and make it explode.
Bombers - make them eat lead.
