Description
Clean Up On Aisle Atoma Prime | Havoc & Auric Ready
A melee‑focused build that turns the enemies of the Emperor into piles of ash and mush; to be cleaned at a later date.
Build Concept
You are the cosmic custodian of Atoma Prime’s grocery aisles. Wielding a Force Greatsword for close‑quarters carnage and a Voidblast Staff for sweeping AoE, you’ll surge through crowds, dodge‑punish to amplify your next swings, and chain charged blasts to rack up brittle stacks on tougher targets. Your gear and curios maximize toughness and Combat Ability regeneration, ensuring you stay in the fight—and keep your barrier topped up—while raining warp energy on everything in sight.
Core Strengths
- Horde Clear: Wide‑arc Covenant Mk VI Blaze Force Greatsword swings and big‑blast staff aoe circles of death stagger & erase tightly packed mobs.
- Anti Elite & Specialist : Dodge‑triggers and chained‑hit perks skyrocket your finesse damage and crit rate against armoured units.
- Barrier Sustain: Be able to take a few hits and not go down immediately, talents make your toughness damn-near self‑sustaining.
- Versatility: Swap fluidly between melee and staff to adapt to corridors or open areas.
Weapons & Play Style
- Covenant Mk VI Blaze Force Greatsword / Warp Slice : Dive into melee, use a dodge to light up your next heavy attack, then carve through multiple foes or focus‑down an elite.
- Equinox Mk III Voidblast Force Staff : This in my opinion is one of the most versatile staff's Psyker's have access to. It can charge up for a wide devastating blast that will stagger all enemies in the game expect for monstrosities; and it will apply brittle based off the charge time as well.
Key rhythms:
Charge blast ➔ Close distance ➔ Dodge‑slash combos/moving strike-down ➔ Venting Shriek
Push Attack Stagger ➔ Heavy
Curios & Survivability
Your three transcendent slots prioritize:
- Toughness & Stamina – lets you block/face-tank more hits and use the force sword push more safely and often; etc.
- Combat Ability Regeneration – Helps to keep Venting Shriek off cooldown most of the time.
- Optional Perk – Really it's your own preference here. You can throw in "Gunner Damage Resistance", "Toughness Regeneration Speed", "Revive Speed", etc
Tips & Tricks
- Entry: Open with a fully charged staff blast to stagger and animation cancel any attackers and follow up with greatsword lights or heavies.
- Dodge‑Punish: Always prioritize dodging an incoming attack over blocking to proc Precognition.
- Venting Shriek: When at high peril and if you're about to explode from perils of the warp; you can save yourself using V-S, the higher the peril the more soulblaze stacks (1-6) enemies receive.
- Talent Synergy: Warp Siphon + Venting Shriek + Souldrinker + Kinetic Flayer go hand and hand and work off each other, if you take a second to read each talent's description and you'll see why.
- Spacing: In narrow corridors lean on the sword; in wide areas or choke points swap back to staff to kite and peel. Or you can use the greatsword's special attack and separate heretics from their lower halves.
By following this flow, Clean Up On Aisle Atoma Prime turns each engagement into a dance of warp‑fuelled demolition and ‑backed daring—perfect for any Psyker looking to leave no corpse behind.
Change-Log
- 7/15/2025: Changed melee weapon mark/variant from Covenant Mk VIII Blaze Force Greatsword to Covenant Mk VI Blaze Force Greatsword+new perk. Replaced perks on curios to help with being squishy to gunner spam.
