A build made because 'the tactical axe was improved!' ... they still suck, but they suck less! The IV at least kinda feels ok to use, with it's diagonal chops at least letting you get a few inches into the wave before giving up on life instead of before where you got two centimeters instead. Their heavy attacks are laughably terrible though, but one can say 'they are almost trying' now. Still sad they didn't make their mobility actually good, they made it 'ok' at 0.6, but where's my 0.81 combat blade on my Arbite FS? The Tactical Axe still can't deal with anything above Flake armor at all, so why is it so heavily gimped when it just, serves no purpose beyond being a slightly pointy paper weight?

But, Agile + Brutal Momentum makes the weapon at least feel decent, so I figured it deserved a build outside of my Zealot one just for the sake of variety (As the Emperor knows the Arbite is so heavily lacking on any semblance of Variety). I decided to go with Terminus Warrant mainly just to work on the Penances, but primarily just to have a build somewhere that uses the Boltgun with the Dispense Justice + Judicious Efficiency. Weapon Specialist Veteran, but strictly worse...ohh how sad this Keystone is, but since the Tactical Axe is crit based it gives me an excuse to pull out the Cavalcade Boltgun and just dump shots while pretending I'm helping. That's something...I guess.

I initially used the dog because Remote Detonation allowed you to dump Ranged Stacks back into melee and that was super helpful in making Terminus not feel like cheeks. They removed that interaction because it was buffing the damage too...so now Terminus just feels like cheeks. But I kept it around in case they fix Terminus someday and make it usable, until then, don't use this, use my actually good Boltgun Build instead.

But if you do want to use this, spam lights on the Tactical Axe, that's about it. Get cool reload speed on the Boltgun and dump shots into big things when needed, have pretty high attack speed on the Tactical Axe for two seconds then go back to the same gameplay loop. I also went with a 'movement speed theme' as this is the fastest you can go with a melee weapon on Arbite, so I took Rapid Movement for that reason. Technically Taking Execution Order here is better in every single way for this build (given Not Far Behind helps the movement speed theme and you get more crit and damage as well), but 'I don't get reload speed' so whatever. This works, and if Terminus Ever allows you to actually keep Melee stacks for more than 3 swings, I can see it even being fun. But atm, if you're not using this for the penance, I would just go do anything else.
