A Build crafted after I made the version that uses the dog (that's very VERY similar to the shotgun version), and thought 'hmm, would it be better/more flavorful if I used Lone Wolf instead for some variety?'. I decided I'd keep both since there's so little variety otherwise on the Arbite, and all I can say is...I'm reallllly glad I kept both.Don't get me wrong, this build isn't badddd per say. But holy heck once you run out of Boltgun Ammo you go from an absolute 1 shotting beast to a kitten yowling and getting itself smacked around. This build lives or dies on your ability to find and suck up ammo like a veteran, which doesn't really feel all that great as you're being about as effective as a veteran but don't have shout or bonus damage or anything of the sort. I kept it around though, it's a decent bit of novelty, and having a boltgun build that uses the tripmine is nice. But yeah, I'd use any of my other boltgun set ups over this, the dog helps a LOT in keeping you from dumping to much of your ammunition on stray specials, while also giving you a lot more reliable toughness regen and DR. You still get a decent amount here, but you either have it or you don't instead of having it all the time, so you're liable to get randomly pinged for most of your HP as your either in the wave with Suppression Protocal active, gunning down a special and getting the kill for Imposing Force, or half way in between and getting your butt handed to you.You melt monstrosities just as fast if not faster though, so you got that going for you. Just point, aim, and shoot, and crit them down to death (or almost death) in one mag. That feels very good at least, and the heavy attack string of the Assault Chainsword can largely make up the difference. Just do everything you can to make sure you're fighting in your Nuncio or in a shock mine, as if you're not, bad things can happen. Cycling those abilities is pretty easy though, so just 'be careful', but otherwise you'll be fine. Chain blade any rager/mutant in your way as well for a kill on one full rev hit, just in case you needed that reminder that the chainsword can do that.
