Tested in Aurics. 

 

With this build you will have unlimited toughness replenishment, amazing mobility and horde clear with inferno staff that is proccing empowered Kinetic Flayer hits all the time wiping out elites that are mixed in. Note that the kinetic flayer hits do not consume a charge of empowered psionics

 

If you see a pack of elites ahead just pop shriek and spam rapid fire brain bursts. This works due to Empowered Psionics and Kinetic Resonance reducing the cast time of BB to roughly 1 second.

 

Works amazing on the current pox armor modifier as well.
