Description
can swap shout for bubble if needed for havoc 40, shout is higher risk/higher reward. can also drop. Kinetic deflection can be substituted by trading some of the 5% toughness on your trinkets for block cost reduction if you feel you need it to get to 66% block efficiency w/ deflector on.
