The illest Illisi Charged Strike build this side of the Cicatrix Maledictum.
Does Charged Strike behave as intended? I sure hope so, because it's glorious. For all the possibly broken interactions please refer to kuli's excellent psyker guide on steam. The short version:
- Charged Strike gets buffed by Empowered Psionics but doesn't consume stacks.
- Enfeeble lets us proc Charged Strike more often against enemies with high hit mass.
- Stack a ton of damage buffs on top, special slice and watch melt.
