Talent Tree
Description
You can swap either blessing on staff for Blazing Spirit and perk for crit chance along with In Fire Reborn instead of Psychic Vampire if you wanted to do soulblaze but its not as good/consistent
I would never take Kinetic Flayer with Rifthaven Mk II Inferno Force Staff bc it does very little for your horde clear dps, sure every once in a while it can insta kill a special in a group of trash enemies but if the special is in range of your inferno staff they can be instantly stunned by your primary attack
I do like it on Equinox Mk III Voidblast Force Staff bc it it alot easier to specifically proc it on a special that is behind a group of elites
This build is made to be played with bubble psyker but also works just fine by itself, the "30% warp damage taken" that Empyric Shock applies also boosts other players warp dmg to that enemy
