Description
This build is split into two: electric staff on elites and specials, smite to clear hordes. You want to be using Scrier's Gaze as much as possible, not only for the crit chance bonus (which the staff lives or dies on) but also the peril bonus. It should essentially be free, endless casting of smite and staff.
