Its simple, go apeshit and try to keep 4 stacks of chemical dependancy. In the stimm lab you could take rending or finesse aswell but I like the crit in this build (switch to rending when you are playing against rotten armor). You can take sweetspot and burst of energy but note that when you do you will have to take out some of the keystone modifiers for chem dependancy, but I appreciate the keystone modifiers way more than anything else here.
