i haven't decided if warp nexus or transfer peril is better at this point in time, without warp nexus you have 71% crit chance but, quelling 10% peril on weak spot kill is QUITE nice
on the other hand, just having 91% crit chance and not repeatedly triggering the "full peril" sound is nice as well (it is loud)
