Chem, blackout and bonesaw themed build. Mainly for fun, but semi-optimised to take advantage of crit and toxin synergies with toughness regen, CDR, stim cooldown reduction and Blackout regen. The idea behind the build was to provide the highest possible toughness over time regen, TDR and self-sustaining good CC tool for a frontliner role. 

Stim and curio CDR should land you with a 17 second Rampage cooldown, Both close range kills and toxin DoT based Bonesaw kills should give you free grenades. Blackouts are criminally underrated, because everyone thinks Chem Nades are the "meta". Use Blackouts to push into gunners, for a quick stim cooldown reset, to CC surprise elite clown cars / specials and to secure revives. I would leave 1 for emergencies such as the post-Rampage crash in a bad spot.
