Description
Chem Fortified is a flex point (you can also swap Swift Endurance or Hyper-Critical though I don't really recommend), I'd recommend Quick and Deadly if you decide to swap it, I just prefer having some extra defense on a class where I die by breathing.
Use whatever strength stim you like, or the recoil attack speed stim.
Second blessing on shivs is whatever you choose, can swap flesh tearer to lacerate, can also just use combat knife with uncanny and flesh tearer.
Can swap pinning fire and perks are mostly preference, carapace can help with mag dumping crushers in desperado.
Can also swap from stamina curio to toughness curio.
