If you want to run around at the speed of sound, from glowing target to glowing target, dodging every other second, and spamming the hell out of left mouse button. I got this build for you. Far away target, spam plasma orbs in their general direction till dead. Close target, run up an stab em.

 

I hardly ever use charge on this stuff, I am spamming double soulblaze orbs with my high crit rate. However, you can do a bunch of quick charges to spread that flame. 

 

Walking around constantly quelling peril from scries is a good way to regain toughness and shrug off ranged attacks. Additionally you can get around quicker on scriers. I like using unyielding to take out reapers with light attack on the staff. 

 

Typically, I start the match with sciers as I run to the start, quelling peril with staff so I am having 30 stacks by the time the first fight starts. Send a few orbs from your staff at all you want dead, and watch the kills rack up. Just be careful to not cast when you are max peril and the ten second grace window has passed. It's easy to get lost in the warp with this build. 

 

Low risk, high-reward gameplay. If you get hit at the wrong time, that's fine, you can recover quickly. Your block push with force sword will provide space, send a few orbs out, and regain toughness. I find this build has a few answers for each problem you might face.
