Description
Take stims (crack), spam M1, and stay in Rampage! (crack fiending mode) as long as you can to avoid becoming Exhausted. More stamina = more attack speed = more crits = more Chem Toxin = more toughness, damage, and most importantly, more stims (CRACK). Use Branx MKII Needle Pistol yellow special mode to shoot gunners and snipers (police) with crits to avoid ranged damage with Stripped Down and Ghost, and apply Chem Toxin to bosses. Use blue special mode and Chem Grenade on groups of enemies, then swap to Chirurgeon's Mk IV Bone Saw to recharge your Cracktel Special (steal money for crack). Keep up 3 Chemical Dependency (Crack Dependency) stacks for more crit chance, toughness, and Rampage! cooldown reduction (need more crack). Perfect dodge and block enemies (other crackheads) for more stamina and crit chance. Build would probably also work well with Improvised Mk I Shivs or Enginseer's Mk VI Crowbar, but I haven't tested it, and prefer using Chirurgeon's Mk IV Bone Saw for its chance to apply Chem Toxin and blessings.
