Knife for movement, repositioning and blocking.

Tap venting shriek to stagger enemies, reduce peril and spread Soulblaze. After popping venting shriek, brain burst will be quicker and more powerful for a short time.

Empowered Psionics will tick up all the time and will buff brain burst even further. Makes it possible to chain the buff by targeting elites.

This build can effectively block most melee damage indefinitely using kinetic deflection and venting shriek together.
