Description
Well, technically it's consistently 85% crit, but if we take +5% crit perk instead +10% elite damage and wait for 6th stack of Surgical then we do reach guaranteed crits. 6 stacks aren't that common to get in game, you'll mostly find yourself on 5 stacks if you keep charging every shot to it's max. You only get 4 stacks if you shot 100% charge right at the same time when you get it, but in general you'll be trying to correct your aim or switch targets in the meantime so you'll naturally get 5th stack.
Knife built against Dreg Rager and Scab Rager, but if they somehow aren't causing you any trouble, switch to carapace + unyielding.
