Description
I made this build to run on Expeditions but i figure it can do it's job in any mission apart from Havoc maybe (I haven't tested it nor will I update this if I ever do.) Provided you have teammates who can help with boss damage you should do just fine.
Your job with this build is to focus on the ranged enemies, specifically gunners, reapers, bombers, and snipers. Anything big that gets close to you just hit it with your power maul and if you find yourself in a horde of large enemies, point blank barrage will deal with just about everything. Do not use your stubber like a machine gun it's purpose is to be used as a marksman rifle even in point blank barrage, take your time and aim for headshots while making full use of surgical for maximum damage output.
If you feel your melee is a little lacking you can switch to a pickaxe but with the recent cooldown buff that shouldn't be a problem, and if you don't like the one time use frag bomb I'd recommend switching to bombs away so you can still have that crowd clearing potential. If you plan on using this build for havoc it might be a good idea to switch the power mauls carapace damage over to flak damage to help deal with hordes better.
CURIOS really just use whatever curios you want, the ones i slapped on the build are the ones i used for the expeditions. The extra damage resistance for gunners gives you more of a fighting chance in those open areas where cover isn't exactly an option, and the revive speed helps when your teammates mess up their dodges.
You might be asking "why doesn't this gun build use the gun keystone?"
This build is meant less for pure, raw firepower and more as a mix of both heavy armor damage and survivability, if you just want a build for big gun damage look somewhere else.
Big Mac knows best.
