Description
This build should allow for full up-time on Scrier's Gaze. In my experience, the cooldown is over just as I'm overloading. After a recent update (I'm not sure which), the ability modifier "Warp Unbound" allows you to use Scrier's Gaze to vent as you're going super-critical. This is the loop. Just make sure you actually cast the ability before you pop. Or take "Crystalline Will"?
