simples
smack heretic faces with left click to get quick kills because heavy attacks only count for 1 stack of back off
then fire rumbler for free bullet. fire as many times as you get lucky bullets in a row, firing at least 2 shots will kill most trash close range. bonus points if you hit it with your shocky stick first to make it brittle. it doesn't really matter how accurate you are. it does stupid damage anyway.
this loop gives you more attack speed and melee damage to hit faces because of spray and slay so you get back off stacks. you are become death.
you don't need melee damage because you're ogryn (and the explosion on your club kills crushers and makes everything else brittle for your grenades and light attacks to farm)
you don't need damage reduction because you're ogryn (and because nothing can hit you in melee because it's on the floor)
you don't need toughness replenishment because you're ogryn (and because you get toughness regen on curios and should try to stick to at least one teammate)
