Description

Desperado (Talent) + Reciprocity (Talent) + Shred (Blessing) are your main damage sources. Krak grenades and dueling sword heavies deal with heavy armor easily.

You want to maximize your toughness because of Born Leader (Talent). Most toughness generation is % based but toughness provided by this talent is flat (and based on how much YOU regenerate). This means the higher your toughness pool is the more you heal allies.

Iron will is ludicrously strong, your primary aim is to keep that bonus up 100% of the time through constantly regenerating toughness so you stay above the 75% toughness threshold, again max toughness helps with that. Catch a breather is a potent tool here so avoid getting hit in melee if at all possible.

Demolition Team (Talent) and Demolition Stockpile (Talent) means that you should throw a krak grenade at just about anything that moves if you're sitting at 3. You will always have enough. This also means your team is virtually immune to crusher waves as you frequently get more kraks back than you spend.

Survivalist (Aura) is run because of your team, plus it means you wont ever consume ammo from your teammates.

Mark IIa Stub Revolver is run because its accurate and quick to pull out, especially with the run and gun blessing. I run it on weapon specialist as well, which is why it has the blessings it does. You can sub in pretty much any ranged weapon you want as the dueling sword covers both chaff and armor nicely.

Use focus target at max stacks, then refresh the team-wide damage buff before it wears off. It will maintain the higher stacks of the previous application. Combined with born leader your teammates should be virtually unkillable outside of one-shots.

Feel free to move around either max toughness talent, the movespeed talent, Only in Death Does Duty End, and Redirect Fire wherever you'd like. I especially recommend trying Exploit Weakness, Skirmisher, and Precision Strikes if you want even more damage.
