 Arbites Build - Warhammer 40k: Darktide 

The point of this build is to be a relentless specialist killer and disruptor of anything that isn't a normal grunt. While you are doing that, your dog will do the work, endlessly leaping through crowds (hence "Go Get 'Em!" to increase the leap range) and causing bleed at +200% damage. A weakness of this build is raw damage against bosses and monsters, but you can help by sending your dog and using "Remote Detonation", which staggers every monster, and you have the Shock Maul special to help out with boss shields.

You will have to change your playstyle slightly from the usual Arbiter ways. While you do still have good survival, it is not as exceptional as most other builds. However, what you lack in pure toughness, you will gain in movement and attack speed.

One very important thing is to continue spamming "Break the Line". It's your catalyst that gets everything rolling, as it provides a guaranteed 50% damage for your best friend, which then starts avalanching with the 150% damage bonus from "Execution Order", resulting in you having basically a 100% uptime on all your bonuses as your dog kills especially ranged specials incredibly quickly.

In regard to weapons, the Shock Maul provides you with the best possible movement speed while, at the same time, attacking incredibly fast once you have your attack speed bonuses up. The Subductor Shotpistol and Riot Shield is mainly to provide you with utility to take on snipers and gunners. While it's not a one-shot kill in most instances, the "Man-Stopper" blessing will make sure you have more than enough time for that follow-up shot.
