This is my default Arbites build, I can throw it into any Havoc condition and do well by the team with it.  This build has MASSIVE control, from Break the Line, shield bash, shield flash, mines, and even the Bolt Pistol's large AoE stagger can help you control enemies.  Bleed on hit is your best boss-damage tool, occasionally refresh the stacks to keep them high and the damage will tick up even if you are kiting or holding down a horde wave elsewhere.  It is a spectacularly tanky class that can still deal good damage and beat down even waves of heavy armor.  The only thing that threatens it are Trappers and heavy gunners.  Sometimes, if I am concerned about gunners I may swap some bonus Toughness for Gunner Damage Resistance.
