Description
This is pretty much a joke build. It's not optimized for damage, or survivability, or utility, but strictly for speed. That's why it's using every movement speed and attack speed buff available, as well as the fastest weapons the Arbitrator can take.
Your basic movement technique should be to sprint slide while revving your chainsword, then hit your weapon swap button twice, rev your chainsword again, then repeat. This'll keep Rev it Up and Rapid Movement active, giving you considerable movement speed buffs. While closing distance to an enemy you should also fire a few shots at said enemy in between the weapon swaps to trigger March, giving you another movement speed buff, and No Escape gives you yet more movement speed on elite/specialist kills so make sure to prioritize those enemies. Aside from that, Writ of Judgement, Lone Wolf, and Hammer of Judgement will all grant you extra attack speed, your curios have enough extra stamina, sprint efficiency and stamina regeneration that you'll never run out of stamina just from running as long as you remember to keep sliding, and you also have access to buffed-up Break The Line as your combat ability for extra mobility.
I'm not sure in what situation I'd ever recommend using this build, as it's something of a humorous thought experiment rather than a serious build. But it does pretty well in Expeditions, where you really want to be fast on your feet more than anything else.
