Note: This build is evolving based on current havoc modifiers, rockets with Pocket Toxin can one shot rituals,

You can easily forget the lower right and just go straight Adrenaline Frenzy and might have some points left to move around, just make sure to pick up Float Like a Butterfly if you remove Chemical Dependency

taking Riposte on the shivs is also another choice if u do not have the points for float like a butterfly.

If going the Adrenaline Frenzy route, if you dont need the extra attack speed you could switch the +3 stam curio for a 17% toughness for more survivability.
