Very fun stim crate build I've been messing with up to mid havoc 20's. lots of flexibility. You could trade some damage nodes for more defense if you feel too squishy, but this build does have a lot of crowd control for a scum build and great mobility with alley rat (alley rat being surprisingly enabling for aggressive bolt pistol use into hordes). bolt pistol is kind of the focus and I've found the tac axe hits that sweet spot for mobility and damage to easily get pickpocket. The main loop I've found is critmaxxing tac axe to proc hypercritical faster and get some decent breakpoints on elites, and one shot headshot most specials, and spam bolt pistol/blinders into hordes with very impressive clear times when used right. although managing reloads can be tricky. boss damage is okay but horde clear and support is the main focus.
